how to place an order

when viewing an item on the product detail page, you may add an item to your shopping cart by simply selecting your size & quantity needed, following by clicking the "add to bag" button.

after adding an item to your bag, you may be prompted to review your shopping bag.  you may choose to review all items in your bag, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page.  you may continue shopping or proceed to check out & place your order after you have reviewed the items in your bag.



  1. upon clicking the "check out" button in your cart, you will be directed immediately to the check out page.
  2. if you do not have an account, you will be asked to enter your billing address information.  you will need to make sure that this billing address matches the address detail on your credit card.  if your billing address is the same as your shipping address, you may proceed to the next step.  alternatively, you may edit your shipping address to a different address.
  3. next, you may choose the shipping method that you would like to use for delivery.
  4. to complete your order, simply confirm by viewing the order totals & entering in your payment information.  we accept Visa, MasterCard and other credit card payments via PayPal™ checkout.  to complete your order, click the "place order" button, after which you will be given an order reference number & you will receive an email confirmation of your order details upon completion.

checking order status:

log into "my account" located at the top of the page and click "order status".

enter your order number and the status will be displayed.


order of confirmation is sent via email within 30 minutes when 1) your order has been received or 2) your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.

if you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter. kindly note to select ruby-pier.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter in order to receive all emails from ruby-pier.com.

to avoid any duplicate orders, please go to "my account" to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order. please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.


modify or cancel order

as we make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly & accurately as possible, we may be unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.  once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or make changes.  however, you may still contact us at hello@ruby-pier.com to check on the status of the shipment if it has not been shipped.

we accept Visa, MasterCard & most credit card payments via PayPal™ checkout.  PayPal™ offers a safer way for you to shop & make payments online (read more here).   please note that personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers are not accepted.


verification & shipping

when specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct.  if according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records or may be a non-existent and invalid delivery address, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
